心脏介入治疗术后约束带应用效果的研究

Study of the Restriction Band in Cardiac Interventional Therapy

目的观察心脏介入治疗术后约束带使用情况,提高心导管术后的护理水平,减少术后并发症。方法2004年1月至12月687例心脏介入治疗术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用约束带,加压固定止血;对照组仅加压止血,未使用约束带。应用约束带固定24 h后,分别比较观察两组患者失眠、皮下血肿、局部感染等并发症发生率。结果应用约束带患者的治疗组中失眠率、皮下血肿发生率、局部感染率较对照组失眠率、皮下血肿发生率、局部感染率均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论心脏介入治疗术后常规使用约束带,能提高心导管术后的护理质量,减少术后并发症,是一种行之有效的护理措施,值得临床护理推广。

Objective .To observe effects of the restriction band in cardiac interventional therapy for the purpose of improving nursing quality and decreasing postoperative morbidity. Methods 687 patients who underwent cardiac interventional therapy from Jan. to Dec. 2004 were randomized into 2 groups ： patients in the study group were provided with the use of the restriction band plus immobilized hemostasia,and those in the control group were only provided with immobilized hemostasis. 24 h later, the incidence of insomnia,hypodermic hematoma and local infection of the patients in the 2 groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence of insomnia,hypodermic hematoma and local infection in the study group was significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The use of the restriction band is able to improve nursing quality and reduce postoperative morbidity in patients who receive cardiac interventional therapy. It is an effective nursing measure and worthy of spreading clinically.
