摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌中PTEN抑癌基因表达和ER、PR表达之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法分别检测80例乳腺癌及癌旁组织中PTEN蛋白及ER、PR的表达。结果PTEN蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组织,两者相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。PTEN蛋白在淋巴结转移组中的阳性表达率明显低于淋巴结无癌转移组(P<0.01)。PTEN蛋白分别和ER、PR在80例乳腺癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05;P<0.05)。结论PTEN蛋白的表达缺失与ER、PR表达失衡在乳腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective To study the expression of the PTEN tamor suppressor gene, estrogen receptor( ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and relationship between them in breast carcinoma. Methods lmmunohistochemistry (SP) was used to detect the expression of ER, PR, and FTEN in 80 breast carcinomas and nearby no tumorous tissues. Results The positive expression rate of FInN in breast carcinoma was significantly lower than that in nearby no-tumorous tissues ( P〈0.01 ) . There was also significant difference of PTEN protein expression between breast careinomas with lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis ( P〈0.01 ) . The positive expression of FFEN protein was positively correlated with the expression of ER and PR ( P〈0.05 ; P〈0.05) . Conclusion The down regulation of PTEN and the imbalaneed expression of ER and PR in breast carcinomas played an important role in the development and progression of the cancer.
