摘要
在研制的超精密车床上,提出了零件圆柱面加工的误差在线测量与补偿原理,并建立了误差补偿控制系统.实验结果表明:加工零件的圆柱度误差减少了80%.
On the developed ultra precision lathe, the author proposes the principle of error online measurement and compensation of part cylindrical surface machining, and builds error compensation control system. The experimental results show that the cylindricity of machined part is reduced to 80 %.
