摘要
目的了解Brugada波的临床意义。方法回顾分析住院的5例Brugada波12导心电图特征和临床资料。结果5例心电图均有明显变化,右胸导联类似右束支阻滞(RBBB)图形与ST段抬高程度时轻时重。1例冠脉造影正常,1例双支病变,2例被误诊为前间壁心肌梗死。1例Brugada波存活33年,最后死于呼吸衰竭。结论单纯有Brugada波者不一定都发生恶性室性心律失常。
