摘要
通过文献资料法,分析了传统教育体制的现状,并提出传统教育向多元化教育过渡时期潜在课程所起到的重要作用,用调查研究法来论证潜在课程可以促进学生的个性全面发展,旨在为更好的在我校开展潜在课程提供理论依据。
According to resources data, I have analyzed the status of the traditional educational system, therefore I notice the importance of the hidden curriculum during the period of transferring the traditional education into the diversified education. To demonstrate the hidden curriculum by using the suitable research methods could promote the fully development of students' personalities, in order to provide theoretical evidence for carrying out the potential course, s successfully as well.
