In recent years, anonymous blackmail cases are happening vastly across the country. Offenders use false ID card or other people ID card to apply credit card in banks, to write or print anonymous letters to blackmail famous people, various entrepreneurs or officials in various levels of the Party and govemment, which seriously disturbs and influences the normal life order in the society, and even greatly harms social public security. Document proof testing is an important methodology and a breakthrough to inspect these types of cases.
