摘要
利用纳秒级激光先解动态吸收光谱装置,研究鸟嘌呤衍生物及DNA在碱性溶液中的光电离。首次发现鸟嘌呤衍生物及DNA在碱性溶液中能被248um激光单光子电离,确证了光电离发生在N1位脱质子的鸟嘌呤部分,测定了水合电子的量子产额。
The effects of 248 urn laser light on alkaline solutions of guanine(Gua), guanosine(Guo), 2'-deoxyguanosine-5'-monophos acid (dGMP), polyguanylic acid(5') (poly[Gj) and single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) were investigated,and monophotonic ionization was demonstrated. Based on PH titration, it wasconfirmed that the photoionization occurs on a deprotonated Gua moiety of DNA.The quantum yield of photoelectron was measured.
