摘要
目的提高原发性输尿管癌的诊治水平。方法对1994年10月～2004年12月收治的24例原发性输尿管癌的诊断和治疗进行研究。结果肉眼血尿、腰痛和肾积水是本病三大临床表现,膀胱镜检查,逆行性造影和输尿管镜检查是最重要的诊断方法。24例患者分别接受5种手术治疗。5年生存率为59.1%。结论原发性输尿管癌预后与肿瘤的分级,分期密切相关,早期诊断,合理治疗和预防复发是提高患者生存的关键。
Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of primary ureteral cancer. Methods From Oct. 1994 to Dec. 2004,24 cases of primary ureteral carcinoma were retrospectively investigated. Results Hematuria,flank pain and hydronephrosis were the main presentations of these patients. The main diagnostic methods included cystoscopy, retrograde ureteropyelography and ureteroscopy. 24 patients received operation（with 5 surgical choices）and the 5 year survival rate was 59.1%. Conclusion The prognosis of primary ureteral carcinoma was relevant to the grade and stage of tumor. The key to improvement of survival rate is early diagnosis ,reasonable treatment and prevention of recurrence.
