The new progress about industrial production of both tantalum and Niobium were reviewed briefly with a key part in the application of ore smelting technology in industrial production and the advanced technology in the production of Ta and Nb products.The markets and the tendency of price change for Ta and Nb products are also analyzed.In addition the prospect was predicted about the industrial production of both Ta and Nb.
