洛阳新区利用独特的自然资源优势,把原有渠道与景观水系充分结合,利用地势高差自然引水,形成四条干渠、七条支渠及九个景观水面,努力把洛阳建设成为山水园林相间、生态环境优美的新城区。同时对景观水系的可持续性发展提出了建议。

By making good use of the advantages of the typical natural resources, Luoyang New Area combines the original irrigation canal and landscaped water system very effectively. Through taking advantage of the upper limit of the terrains natural diversion, it forms four stem irrigation canals, seven branches and nine landscaped watercourses and endeavours to make Luoyang New Area into a new exquisite suburb full of landscaped mountains, waterways, gardens and forests in an ecological environment. This article also provides some suggestions for the continuous development of the landscaped water system.
