摘要
贴牌生产尽管在国内外已屡见不鲜,但至今尚未完全公开化、专业化和规范化,也无此类专著阐述其中的贸易和技术等系列问题。根据第一拖拉机股份有限公司的贴牌运作进行分析,探讨规范运用贴牌生产,提高企业竞争能力的问题。
OEM (Original Equipment manufacture) is used widely at home and abroad, however, it has not been made public, professionalized or standardized, so far. And there is no monograph that states the series of trade and technique problems. This paper analyses OEM of the First Tractor Company Limited, and explores the standard usage of OEM, which is used to improve the competence of the enterprises.
