巴豆生物碱对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901表型逆转作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究巴豆生物碱对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901表型逆转作用。方法:测定人胃癌细胞SGC-7901药物处理前后胃蛋白酶原(PG)和β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(β-G)活力,数据采用Scheffe's测试法分析。结果:巴豆生物碱处理能有效逆转人胃癌细胞SGC-7901中胃蛋白酶原活性,且能部分抑制人胃癌细胞SGC-7901中肿瘤标志酶β-葡萄糖醛酸酶的表达。结论:巴豆生物碱对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901表型有逆转作用。在对胃蛋白酶原活性的逆转作用和对β-葡萄糖醛酸酶的表达的抑制作用较维甲酸好。 Objective:Study the phenotype reversion of croton seed alkaloid on human being stomach cancer cell SGC-7901. Method: Test the activity of pepsinogen(PG)and glucose aldehydic acid enzyme(β-G) of human stomach cancer cell SGC-7901 before and after medication,analyze it with Scheffe's test method. Result:Croton seed alkaloid can effectively reverse the pepsinogen activity, and partly inhibit the expression of the tumor symbol enzyme-β-G in human stomach cancer cell SGC-7901. Conclusion: Croton seed alkaloid can reverse the phenotype ofhuman stomach caner cell SGC-7901. On the reversion to pepsinogen activity and inhibition to β-G,it is better than vitamin A acid.
