摘要
研究了钨条钾含量与钨丝抗下垂性能的关系.结果表明:钨条中有效钾含量在(50~80)×10-6之间时,钨丝具有良好的抗下垂性能;且钨丝的晶粒形状、组织结构、烧氢定形工艺均对其抗下垂性能有明显影响.
Study is made of the potassium content of tungsten Rod and its impact on the sag resistance of tungsten wire. The results show that with effective P content at (50~80)×10^-6, the tungsten wire has good sag resistance. The crystal morphology, microstrucmre and hydrogen - annealed formation process has distinct impact on the sag resistance.
