Comparison and Analysis of the Gap Between Talent Cultivation and Social Demand

学校为社会培养并输送人才。社会需要的人才与学校培养的人才之间存在差距,主要表现在思想及心理素质、专业适应面、综合能力等方面。要消除这种差距,必须转变教育观念、定位人才培养目标;拓宽专业、加强博识教育;改善师资队伍的人才观念;强化学生价值观、价值取向教育;正确处理“教”和“育”的关系。

A university can cultivate talents and enable them to meat the need of the society. However there is a certain gap between the talents cultiveted in the universiW and those who can really be qualified in the society. This is shown in such aspects as psychological quality, adaptabity and comprehensive ability. To remove this gap, we should change the idea of education, orientate the target of talent cultivation, expend the majors and enhance a comprehensive education. We should also change the teachars＇ viewpoints of talent, intensify the students＇ education of value,and maintain a good balance between teaching and education.
