摘要
高校人事管理存在着不少问题,涉及到人事干部的素质、人事管理的理念等诸多方面,造成这些问题的原因有传统思想的束缚、内外部因素的制约等。为此,高校要改变人力资源管理的落后观念,并进一步进行相应的人力资源管理改革,创造适当的内外部条件,以提高人事管理的效率和水平。
There are many problems in the personnel adminstration in colleges and universities, including the quality of the cadres in personnel division,the notion of personnel administration. These problems result from the restraint of traditional ideas and the limitation of interanl and external conditions. Therefore, it is necessary for colleges and universities to change the backward idea of human resources management, carry further the reform of management, and provide appropriate internal and external conditions so as to improve the efficiency of personnel administration in colleges and universities.
