摘要
目的:分析替牙期安氏Ⅲ类错(牙合)患者固定矫治后头影测量值的变化.方法:选取年龄在9～12岁的混合牙列期反(牙合)患者19例(女性12例,男性7例,平均年龄11.25岁),均采用固定正畸技术配合Ⅲ类牵引矫治.对患者治疗前后头颅定位侧位片进行分析,比较治疗前后颅面硬组织的变化.结果:治疗后SNA、SNB值均有增加;前面高特别是前下面高增加更明显.结论:固定矫治配合Ⅲ类牵引可有效地促进上颌骨发育,纠正替牙期反(牙合).
Objective： To investigate the hard tissue changes of Class Ⅲ malocclusion in mixed-dentition after fixed orthodontic treatment. Method： Nineteen class Ⅲ cases aged 9-12 years were selected （7 boys and 12 girls, mean age 11.25 years）. Cephalometric analysis was performed before and after treatment. Results： The post-treatment cephalometric values showed forward development of both the maxilla and the mandible. The anterior face height especial the lower part increased remarkably. Conclusion： Orthodontic treatment with Class Ⅲ elastic can promote the growth of maxilla and correct Class Ⅲ malocclusion in mixed-dentition effectively.
