浅谈公路项目前期的造价审查

A Brief Talk on Cost Censor in the Prophase of Highway Construction

文中笔者从近几年在公路工程项目前期造价审查的工作经验出发,谈了在“工程可行性研究”、“初步设计”阶段造价审查中的体会,并与同行进一步探讨研究公路项目前期的造价审查。

Started from their recent working experience on cost censor in the prophase of highway construction, the authors discussed their taste for cost censor in the phases of Possible Research, Primary Design.
