摘要
一、引言自1972年小鼠胚胎冷冻首次取得成功以来,胚胎的冷冻技术已逐渐应用到多种哺乳动物。现在包括牛、绵羊在内的多种家畜物种的胚胎冷冻保存已经成为一种常规的技术。然而利用冷冻保存的胚胎生产出活的仔猪仍然处在摸索阶段。
