Lin Hui-yin—＂the versatile woman of the time＂, who had strong and unique experience in her life, was an important poetess of the late New-moon poetry society. Combining with her poetic experience and understanding in life, she wrote poems displaying her unique experience that was full of wise thinking on essential themes such as living and death, loneliness and so on, which made her poems appear in a different artistic taste.
