摘要
介绍了盾构掘进实验平台计算机监控系统的设计与实现。系统采用PLC+IPC+SCADA软件的分布式监控系统,可以实现实时数据采集,显示,存储,查询和控制。重点阐述了系统实现的基本原理,详细给出了硬件结构,软件体系以及SCADA软件的功能扩展和PLC控制子系统的构成。
A computer supervisory system for shield tunneling experiment platform is presented in this paper.With a framework in distributed control system for PLC,IPC and SCADA software,the system is designed for implementation in real-time data acquisition,data storing and inquiry,Man-Machine Interface and control.Hardware structure,software system,functional extension of SCADA software and structure of PLC control system are addressed in datail.
