Flexsim软件能够进行离散时间系统建模,是生产线仿真和物流系统规划的理想选择。以一条实际生产线为例,对仿真的总体流程和各个详细步骤进行了研究,分析了Flexsim在生产线作业中的仿真过程及方法,阐述了用Flexsim进行仿真的基本步骤和关键技术,体现了它在生产线仿真中的优越性。
Flexsim can be used to build up the discrete system.It is an ideal choice for the simulation or tne proaucuon line and the plan of flow system.Overall flow and detailed steps of the simulation of a production line are analyzed.Procedure and method are described in simulation of this production line using Flexsim.Basic steps and key techniques of simulation are presented.Thus the advantage of Flexsim in simulating the production is represented.
