摘要
叙述了民航机场依据《安全生产法》,《民用运输机场应急救援规则(CCAR139Ⅱ)》和民航机场的特点,确定应急演练方案,根据演练情况对现行的应急预案进行修改和完善。
In this paper the emergency drilling project at one civil airdrome is determined and described all - roundly according to “Safety Production Law”, “Civilian Cargo- transport Airdrome Emergency Succor （CCAR- 139-Ⅱ ）” and characteristics of the civil airdromes and the improvements are. also put forward based on the existed emergency project.
