宽皮柑桔果实采收后经诱导剂浸涂处理,番茄红素额外积累成倍增加,果皮由橙黄色转变为鲜艳的桔红色。理论推测番茄红素的额外积累是酶促反应的结果。
The additional accumulation of 1ycopene in citrus peel was redoubled and the peelcolour changed from yellow to orange- red after postharvest dip treatment with inductiveagent It was theoretlcally inferred that the additional accumulation of lycopene was resultedfrom enzymatic reactions.
