上海市某区警察人群心理卫生服务需求的时点调查

Cross-sectional Survey of Mental Health Service Status and Demand among Police Population in Shanghai

目的调查警察人群心理卫生服务需求的基本数据。方法采用梅奥心理服务问卷,主要内容为心理人群心理卫生服务需求等。在上海市某公安分局内进行截断面时点调查。结果1共调查警员1611人,男91.5%,女8.5%,年龄28.8±17.5岁。2多数警员认为自己需要了解心理卫生方面的知识(77.6%)并且愿意接受心理服务(63.3%)。超过半数(53.9%)的警员愿意有固定的心理机构为其服务。但仅6.4%的警员曾经认识、接触过心理医生。3服务需求的具体频率前3位是:a.个性、情绪、睡眠、亚健康;b.社会交往、人际关系、工作压力、适应问题;c.子女行为、学习、成长、交友问题、智商、情商。4认为心理健康服务必要程度:肯定回答有必要者占62.8%。5将心理服务项目的接受程度:电话咨询〉科普读物〉面谈咨询〉科普讲座〉网络咨询。结论在警察群体中普遍存在心理卫生服务的需求,涉及多个层次、内容,建立长效的多元化机制是维护和保证警察心理健康的有效手段。

Objective To investigate baseline data of mental health service status and demand. Methods Mayo Psychological Service Questionnaire was used, which consisted of the measurements on multidimensional screening for a broad range of psychological problems and symptoms of psychopathology and quality of life, The survey was carried out in one Shanghai District Bureau of Public Security. Results ①There were 1611 policemen completed the survey. Male was 91, 5%, female was 8, 5%, Mean age was 28.8±17.5.②77.6% police thought they need knowledge on mental health, and 63, 3% among them accept service of mental health, Over half of the police would like to have fixed psychological counseling agency. But only 6. 3% police contacted or knew psychological docfor.③The top three demanding service of mental health： a）. emotion, personality, sleeping, high risk for various illness or diseases; b）, social interaction, work stress, adaption for new position; c）. behavior problems, growing up, intelligence quotion, emotional quotient etc, of their children. ④62.8% police thought that mental health service was necessary. ⑤The acceptance of mental health service form were. telephone counseling〉educational books〉face to face counseling〉lectures on mental health. Conclusion It＇s very common that the need for service among police population. It＇s also very important and necessary method that an efficient way and long-term prevention and intervention system for improving the mental health should be founded.
