摘要 目的从总体上把握中青年领导干部的人格特征。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素测验(16PF),对杭州市213名中青年领导干部作了测量,并用SPSS软件对数据进行处理。结果中青年领导干部人格特征表现为情绪稳定成熟、开朗热情、自信沉着、理智现实、自律严谨、敢做敢为、适应良好等特点,但果断性、刚毅性、创造性并不突出。男性更内向独立、自信现实、情绪稳定,女性更外向、乐群、敏感。结论中青年领导干部的人格特征总体表现良好,这为设计简洁具体的心理测评项目提供了理论依据,以及为领导干部的培训、选拔和评估提供参考。 Objective To study the personality of youthful and middle-aged primary offieialsin Hangzhou. Methods 213 samples of youthful and middle-aged primary officials have been tested using the methods of 16PF and analyzed with SPSS program. Results The result shows that youthful and middle-aged primary officials have the characters such as mature, zealous, independent, self-discipline, self-confidence, rational, reliant, conscientious ete but some other characters such as determination, fortitude and creativity are not obvious. The research also shows that the male officials are more introverted, independent, self-confidence and mature compared with female. Contrary to male, female are more extroverted, sensitive. Conclusion The research is helpful for human resource department to train, promote and value the youthful and middleaged primary officials in practice.
