摘要
目的了解贫困大学生的心理健康状况,有针对性地对贫困大学生开展心理健康教育工作。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对泸州医学院552名大学生进行调查。结果贫困生在SCL-90总症状指数和各因子分上均明显高于非贫困生和全国常模,尤其体现在强迫因子(2.26),人际关系因子(2.23),抑郁因子(2.43),焦虑因子(2.05)和偏执因子(2.06),表明贫困生的心理健康水平相对较差。结论高校应加强以关爱、支持、鼓励为主的心理健康教育体系。
Objective To understand the mental health state of the poor college students, so that we can carry out the mental health education accordingly. Methods 552 Luzhou medical college students were tested with symptom checklist 90(SCL-90). Results The investigation shows both general symptomatic index and separate factors scores of the poor college students are apparently higher than those of other students and norms, especially those factors of obsessive-compulsive (2.26), Interpersonal sensitivity(2.23), Depression(2.13). Anxiety(2.05) and paranoid ideation(2.06). It illustrates that mental health of the poor college students is relatively bad. Conclusion The mental health state of the poor college students is not optimistic and should be paid close attention by all off us.
