系统家庭治疗在精神分裂症临床应用的研究进展

目的了解国内外系统家庭治疗在精神分裂症的临床应用情况,分析如何应用系统家庭治疗来治疗精神分裂症,达到提高疗效,改善预后。方法详细分析在精神分裂症临床中应用系统家庭治疗的常规方法、治疗技巧、疗效评定方法、应用面临问题及发展对策。结果发现系统家庭治疗在精神分裂症康复治疗方面,不但能提高依从性、减轻症状,改善生活质量;而且还可以促进社会功能恢复,减少复发率,改善预后。结论系统家庭治疗是精神分裂症一种很好的辅助治疗方法,打破了传统治疗观念,达到促进病人的身心全面康复、减轻家庭经济负担和社会负担。

Object To investigate the home and abroad clinical practice situation of the systematic family therapy in the schizophrenia, To improve curative effect and prognosis, analyse how to apply the systematic family therapy to treat The Schizophrenia. Methods Analyse in detail the application of the routine method, treat skill, rating method of curative effect, analysis result, problem in application and development strategy of the systematic family therapy in clinical practice of the schizophrenia. Results Finding in the course of recovering of the schizophrenia, systematic therapy can promote the compliancy, lighten the symptom, improve the quality of life; but also promote the recovering of social function, reduce the recurng rate , improve the prognosis. Conclusion systematic family therapy is a very good auxiliary treatment method of the schizophrenia. This breaks traditional treatment idea, promotes the recovering of the patient＇s body and mind in an all-round way, lightens family＇s financial and social burden.
