摘要
弱磁筒式磁选机处理攀钢选矿厂分级机溢流中-0·045mm粒级的试验表明,磁场力增大时回收率提高,精矿品位略有提高;在磁场力足够大条件下适当提高筒体转速有利于提高精矿品位和设备处理能力;并且漂洗水作用和多次精选是提高细粒级强磁性精矿品位的主要措施。
Experiment shows that relatively high-intensity is favorable condition for recovery and upgrade of fine strongly magnetic mineral particles, and that in the case of enough magnetic force, high drum velocity and rinse water is beneficial to upgrade of concentrate. Enough magnetic force and high drum velocity can also lead to high capacity.
