摘要
通过对江西省毛竹林采伐现状的调查,分析现有的毛竹采伐限额管理中存在的问题,提出适宜毛竹林丰产培育的“按毛竹年龄采伐7年生以上老竹,禁止砍伐6年生以下嫩竹”的新毛竹采伐管理办法。并对“新办法”的实施可能遇到的问题制定对策。
Based on the investigation of present situation of cutting bamboos in Jiangxi Province ,the problems existing in the control of cutting quota are analyzed. A new method to control the cutting of bamboos is put forward, that is “stop ctting bamboos under 6 aged”. The countermeasures to solve the possible problems to be met in the new method are formulated.
