摘要
图像分割是图像处理中最基本和最重要的技术,是任何理解系统和自动物体识别系统必不可少的一个重要环节,其目的是把图像空间分割成一些有意义的区域。文中主要对图像分割的两大类方法———基于边缘检测的方法和基于区域生成的方法做了详细介绍,提出并实现了基于新判别式的区域生长的改进算法。最后分别用这两种方法对实例图像进行了测试,取得了理想的区域分割效果。
Image segmentation is the most elementary and the most important technique in the field of image processing. It is an indispensable tache of any understanding system and dynamic object recognition system. Its purpose is to segment the image space into several significative regions. Mainly introduces two methods of image segmentation in detail. One is an edge- detection- hased method, the other is region - growing- based method. Also a new algorithm of region growing is put forward. Some testing on image samples using these two methods are done, and the result of experiments is very perfect.
