摘要
针对无起爆药雷管倒置使用时容易出现半爆的现象,以8号复铜壳冲击飞片式无起爆药雷管为研究对象,对装药、压药、雷管的结构等方面进行试验分析,总结了雷管倒置发生半爆的原因,提出控制雷管装配的技术条件,以保证无起爆药雷管倒置使用时可靠爆轰。
Half explosion phenomenon occur easily when non-primary detonator is inverted. The process of explosive mixed and pressed, the structure of the detonator with a flyer plate are analyzed by experiments. The reason for half explosion of the detonator is summarized, and the technical conditions control method of assembling detonator is put forward. The method can ensure non-primary detonator used invertly detonate completely.
