摘要
公共生产不足是发展中国家普遍存在的问题。针对中国农村公共产品供求状况的不同认识,从理论上分析农村公共品供给对农民消费规模及结构的影响,并提出以农民消费结构分析为基础评价公共产品供给水平的分析模型。运用这一分析模型对我国近十年农民消费结构做了实证研究,并提出若干政策建议。
Inadequate public production is a common problem in developing countries. Considering different opinions of the supply-and-demand situation of rural public product in China, the author analyzes the impact of rural public product supply on peasant consuming scale and structure, offers an analytical model of appraising the level of rural public product supply based on an analysis of peasant consuming structure, makes an experimental study of peasant consuming structure in our country in the last 10 years and puts forward some suggestions in policy making.
