摘要
通过研究硼系延期药的反应机理,并对硼系延期药进行差热扫描量热法(DSC)与热重法(TG)分析,得到了合理可行的配方;采用湿法混药的新工艺,对延期体结构进行了优化设计;对延期雷管进行了常温、低温、高温高湿以及自然贮存试验。试验后的测时结果及实际应用效果表明,装有硼系延期药的延期雷管具有延期精度高、用药量少、贮存时间长、耐高低温的优点。
The proper and conventional formulation of boron type delay charge was gained, based on analyzing the mechanism of delay charge and by means of DSC and TG. The new manufacturing process of wet mixing powder was used, and the structure design of delay collar was optimized. The delay time of the delay blasting cap has been measured after ordinary and low temperature test, high temperature and high humidity test, and natural storage test. Result and appliance effect showed that the delay blasting cap has many virtues, such as the high accuracy of delay time, little amount of charge, long term of storage, and the high and low temperature resistance.
