双向晶体旋转仪的研制及其在矿物学研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文介绍了双向晶体旋转仪的原理及研究情况,以及应用它研究金刚石、红宝石处在非立方对称时的杂质氮和铬的实验结果。 In recent years, the ESR technigue has been successfully and widety applied in mineralo-gy and geochemistry. It is powerful enough to get in formation about the existing state of paramag-netic ions and their valence and coordination as well as local symmetry in mineral crystals, thus providing some useful data on mineral-forming mechanism. However, in order to observe whole ESR spectrum lines, the crystals studied should be of axial or cubic symmetry. To acquire the ESR spectra of paramagnetic ions in mineral crystals with non-cubic symmetry, the authors have devel-oped the TDTD. This paper would like to introduce the principle of TDTD and some details of how the device has been developed. The experimental results of the impurities Ni and Cr in diamond and ruby with non-cubic symmetry are also presented.
