魔芋葡甘聚糖薄膜的制备和性能 被引量:7

摘要 利用L25(44)正交试验方法研究了以魔芋葡甘聚糖和乙酸乙烯酯为原料制备可降解薄膜的关键参数。用红外光谱证明其发生接枝共聚反应。实验结果表明甘油、过硫酸钾等对KGM膜拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和吸水率均有极显著影响。甘油用量、过硫酸钾浓度、反应时间和乙酸乙烯酯用量等各因子间存在明显的交互作用。当甘油用量14mL、过硫酸钾浓度1.25×10-3mol/L、反应时间3h、乙酸乙烯酯用量8mL的比例和条件可得到拉伸性能和耐水性优良的高强度薄膜。 Four -factor quadratic orthogonal and rotational combination design was used and with konjac glucomannan and vinyl acetate as raw material, KGM plastic film was prepared by flow casting. Grafting copolymerization was confirmed with infrared spectroscopy. The results indicated that glycerin and potassium peroxydisulfate had significant effect on tensile strength, extension rate and water - absorption rate. There existed obvious interactions among such factors as glycerine volume, potassium peroxydisulfate concentration, reaction time and vinyl acetate volume. The optimal conditions for the preparation of high strength film were as follows, glycerin volume 14 mL, potassium peroxydisulfate concentration 1.25 × 10^-3 tool/L, reaction time 3h, vinyl acetate volume 8mL.
