摘要
通过实验研究了用于含水油脱水的液液旋流器的主要操作特性与分离特性,包括含水量对操作性能和分离性能的影响规律。结果表明,油水混合液的含水量达到一定范围时,有转相现象出现,此时压力降最低,同时含水量对分离性能有显著的影响。因此,一方面可以通过调节底流分率以获得最佳的分离性能,另一方面当含水量较大时可应用较大底流溢流口径比的旋流器。
The effect of water content on the performance of liquid - liquid hydrocyclones for de-watering of oil was investigated. Pressure drop would reach a minimum around the water content of 30% at which the viscosity of the water - in - oil mixture was the highest. In addition, separation performance was influenced markedly by water content as well. Thus optimal separation performance could be achieved by adjusting the split ratio according to water content. In case of a higher water content, a greater ratio of underflow/overflow orifice size of liquidiquid hydrocyclones should be used to maintain good separation of water from oil.
