摘要
研究了中国高科技企业普遍的知识管理模式,探索性地分析了目前航信研发部的知识管理现状和经验,并且结合具体项目实践,证明进行有效的知识管理可以加快研发部航空信息服务的市场响应速度,在持续提高开发质量的基础上能够逐渐降低企业风险,提高企业核心竞争力,创造更多的企业利润。
This article introduces the general mode of KM among Chinese high tech. enterprises, and tries to analysis the current KM of the R＆D, Travel sky Tech. Ltd. With an example of a project, it proves that effective KM is able to speed market reaction on R＆D＇s air traveling information services, and lower the enterprise＇s risks while keeping improving the developing quality, enhance the enterprise＇s core competitive strength, as well as bring more profits.
