摘要
通过7种不同温度、不同时间的层积处理研究其对北美鹅掌楸种子发芽的影响.结果表明:低温层积处理能显著促进北美鹅掌楸的种子萌发.在2℃、层积处理时间为60d的条件下种子发芽效果最好,种子绝对发芽率为86.84%,发芽速度最快;在2~12℃变温层积处理56d的条件下,种子绝对发芽率为80.71%,种子发芽较快.在7℃,层积处理时间为30d的条件下种子发芽效果最差,种子绝对发芽率为62.29%.
Effects of seven stratification treatments at different temperature and time on seed germination of tuliptiee ( Liriodendron tulipifera L. ) were studied: (1)2℃,30d; (2) 2℃ ,60d; (3) 7℃ ,30d; (4) 7℃ ,60d; (5) 2~12℃ change temperature, 28d; (6)2~12℃ change temperature, 56d; (7)CK(water soakage 12h ).The results revealed that low temperature stratification could promote tulip tree seed gerotination remarkably. Under the stratification of 2℃, seed germination could be quickest, and the seed absolute germination percentage could reach 86.84% after 60 days' stratification. When temperature variable (2~12℃) and less time (56 days), the seed absolute germination percentage was 80.71%, While stratification in 7℃ and 30 days, the seed absolute germination percentage would be the lowest (only 62.2% in this experiment).
