In digging a Shen-Jia-Hu expressway main bridge hole, management and organization was an essential point because it is near the 104 expressway. By analyzing and researching the potential damages caused by blasting vibration and blasting flying fragment, and by adopting protection measures after analyzing the environment to complete the project safely, the engineering is implemented successfully.
