摘要
研究了湖北省水稻产品加工转化的现状、前景和主要制约因素,提出了湖北省水稻加工转化业创新发展的战略与对策。
After analysising the present situation,foreground and constrain factors of Hubei paddy rice processing industry, this article put forword the strategy and countermeasures to develop rice processing industry in Hubei Province.
