摘要
论述了杂交小麦子粒的蛋白质含量、面粉品质和加工品质等品质性状的杂种优势表现,对杂交小麦子粒品质性状间相关性和遗传特性的研究进展进行了综述,讨论了高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成与子粒品质性状的关系,指出提高杂种后代优质亚基出现频率是进一步提高子粒品质的重要手段。
This paper introduced heterosis of quality characteristics such as protein content, flour quality and starch quality in hybrid wheat. The relativity and genetics of quality characteristics in hybrid wheat were reviewed, and the effects of high molecular weight glutenin subunits to grain quality were discussed.
