基于改进模糊综合评判的水闸安全性评价

Evaluation on Reliability of Improved-Based Ambiguous Integrated Judgment Sluice Gate

目前,进行水闸安全性评价多采用主观性较强的基于专家经验的实用鉴定法。依据相关规范,构建了水闸安全评价指标体系,引入基于模糊模式识别模型的模糊综合评判方法,并对黄河三盛公水利枢纽工程的拦河闸进行了安全等级评价。结果与实际的专家经验法评价结论一致。

At present, it is common to use expert’s experiences-based practical identification method which has strong subjectivity to evaluate the reliability of sluice gates. It establishes reliability evaluation index system of sluice gates, introduces ambiguous integrated judgment method of ambiguous mode identification model-based and evaluates the reliability grade of barrage of Sanshenggong Key Water Control Works on the Yellow River according as related standards. The results are coincidence with the evaluation conclusion of using the expert experience method.
