摘要
为解决传统的内燃机柱塞式水泵组合系统存在的效率低、成本高等问题,采用将传统内燃机与柱塞泵工作原理、技术及结构集成的方法,研制出了一种直接利用内燃机活塞的直线往复运动实现泵水功能的内燃式水泵。根据其工作原理提出了分别采用液压蓄能器、组合弹簧和飞轮提供回程动力的3种设计方案,并采用评分法对其进行了分析评价和选择,根据选出的方案完成了结构设计。仿真计算结果表明,内燃式水泵与内燃机柱塞式水泵组合系统相比输出功率、有效热效率全工况相对改善13%以上,燃油消耗率全工况相对改善12%以上。
To solve the problems of lower efficiency and higher cost in the combined system of internal combustion engine and piston water pump, the internal combustion water pump was invented, which can directly use the reciprocating motion of piston for outputdng water power. The internal combustion water pump integrates the operating principles, techniques, and structures of traditional internal combustion engine and piston pump. According to the operating principle, three design schemes are put forward. Among them, the backstroke power is provided by the hydraulic accumulator, the combination spring and the flywheel respectively. Besides, these schemes are analyzed and evaluated by using the grading method. Based on the best one, the structural design was completed. Numerical simulation indicates that the effective power, the effective thermal efficiency and the output pressure are about 13% higher than those obtained by the combination system of the internal combustion engine and piston pump, and the fuel consumption is about 12% lower than the that of combination system.
