摘要
内燃式水动力系统将传统内燃机与柱塞式水泵技术集成为一体,直接利用活塞往复直线运动输出水动力.试验表明,系统全工况输出压力比传统内燃机驱动柱塞泵系统提高15.21%~76.61%;输出流量降低0.69%~2.13%;输出功率提高13.63%~ 74.75%.系统在80%油门开度下实现了输出压力1.15 MPa,输出流量4.8 m3/h的额定输出指标,对应系统转速约为1 900 r/min.内燃式水动力系统的工作原理正确、运行正常,实现了预期设计功能.
Internal combustion water power system integrated traditional internal combustion engine and plunger pump technique, made directly use of the rectilinear motion of plunger for output water power. Under total working conditions, the output pressure of the system is higher than that of the plunger pump driven by traditional internal combustion engine by 15.21%- 76. 61%, the output flow rate is lower by 0.69%-2.13%, and the output water power increases by 13.63%-74.75%. The rated water output pres- sure 1.15 MPa and flow rate 4.8 m^3/h can be reached at 80% opening of control rack and the revolutionary speed of 1 900 r/min. The working principle of internal combustion water power system is correct. It operates normally and realizes desired design functions.
