摘要
逆向物流的兴起使物流的网络设计问题显得更为复杂,为此建立了混合整数设计模型,借助于模拟退火算法综合研究了正逆向结合的物流网络设计问题。通过对算法在不同控制参数下所得结果进行比较,得出了网络设计中各设施的选址结果以及系统运作费用最小时的运输路线,并且求出了最小运作费用。数值试验表明在处理逆向物流网络设计问题中模拟退火算法能够在较短的时间得出系统的设计方案,是一种比较可行的算法。
The development of reverse logistics makes the network design of logistics more complicated. This paper researches both the traditional and reverse logistics in a virtual company, and an MIP model is established to resolve the problem. With the help of simulated annealing and in comparison with the results of different parameters of the algorithm we get the locations of the facilities, the transportation route and the minimal cost of the model. Numerical results show that the simulated annealing has more efficiently in dealing with the net design problem of reverse logistics, which can get the project of network design during short time.
