摘要
基于流域可持续发展思路,提出以经济、社会和环境为目标的水资源配置模型。在模型的求解过程中充分考虑决策集团偏好,给出交互式的模型求解方法。
On the basis of sustainable development, the paper puts forward a model on water resources distributions on purpose of economy, society and environment. Fully considering partialities of making decision groups in the course of solving the model, the author provides the interactive asking and answering method to solve model.
