运用价格杠杆,推动城乡和谐发展,必然要求继续深化价格改革,理顺城乡价格关系,将价格的市场化改革与运用价格杠杆打破城乡二元结构、统筹城乡发展结合起来,消除制约城乡和谐发展的价格障碍,促进农村产业结构优化、公共产品供给和小城镇建设,不断降低农民在城乡的生产生活成本和发展成本,实现农业增效、农民增收、城乡经济社会和谐发展的目标。

To make use of economic levers and promote the harmonious development of city and country require further deepening of price reform, rearranging the price relationship between city and country, combining the market reform of price and the usage of price levers so as to break the dualistic city-country structure, developing city and country simultaneously, eliminating the price block which restricts the harmonious development of city and country, promoting the optimization of rural industrial structure, the supply of public products and the construction of small towns, continuously reducing the producing cost, living cost and developing cost of peasants in towns and cities and realizing the goal of increasing agricultural revenue, increasing peasants＂ income and developing the economy and the society of city and country harmoniously.
