把离散计算数学模型引入招标评标实践中,提出了无标底评标商务赋分模型与复合标底商务赋分模型.
In this paper, Using dispersed mathematic calculation model in practice of bids and passing judgment on bids, Supposed the model of economic flexible factor for no bottom bids and economic flexible factor for complex bottom bids.
