摘要
以C8色谱柱、乙腈/水/四氢呋喃=34/65/1为流动相分离、210nm紫外检测、外标法定量,测定四乙酰核糖的含量.结果显示,四乙酰核糖的线性范围为0.10~5.0g·L-1;方法回收率大于99.0%;日内及日间RSD小于2.0%.本方法快速、简便、准确,可用于四乙酰核糖的质量控制.
A HPLC method was established for determination of ribofuranose tetraacetate(β-D-ribofuranose-1,2, 3,5-tetraacetate). Reverse phase C8 column was used as the stationary phase and CH3CN/H2O/C4H8O (tetrahydrofuran) = 34/65/1 (V/V) was used as mobile phase with 210nm for detection wavelength. The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.10-5.0g·L^-1 for ribofuranose tetraacetate. The recovery was 99.0% - 100.4%. The coefficients of variation for within day and between days were all less then 2.0% (n= 5). The method was rapid, simple, accurate, and could be used for the quality control in production process of ribofuranose tetraacetate.
