Program design and examples of the technology of smoothing filtering enhancing of industial TV's monitoring system in coal mine

从煤矿工业电视监控系统的现状出发,提出了利用图像平滑滤波增强技术增强煤矿工业电视图像质量,并通过C语言编程应用实现了对井下静止视频图像的平滑滤波增强处理,从而使工业电视图像变得较为清晰.

According to the realities of industrial TV＇s monitoring system in coal mine, This paper presents that we can make use of the technology of smoothing filtering to enhance the quality of industrial TV＇s image quality in coal mine. It also realizes smoothing filtering enhancing of motionless video images in coal mine by programs in C language, so as to make the quality of industrial TV＇s image better.
